This unique and unmistakable gin is produced using, in addition to the usual botanicals (such as juniper, coriander, cassia, cardamom, chamomile and ginger), also and above all “les fruits sauvages”, which include a much wider range of botanicals than berries (wild strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, currants) such as arbutus, dogwood, white mulberry, blackthorn and others. The result is a fresh, fruity and harmonious gin, to be enjoyed neat in a well-chilled glass or in the traditional Gin & Tonic. The various cocktails and long drinks take on a pleasant and unique flavour.
